CLEAR QUARTZ MEDITATION

I was meditating with Clear Quartz and I thought I was going to see a pen or pencil at first as I have always thought of Clear Quartz as a good crystal for concentration - however I saw a knife and fork and then saw someone drinking a crystal water made with Clear Quartz and saw the fluid passing through the body easily clearing the body of any toxins or allergies.

CITRINE TUMBLESTONES

This morning, Gordon went into his wallet and found a small citrine tumble stone with a green spot on. Not that strange you may think.... however we have recently been putting coloured spots on all our tumblestones in the shop so that customers can tell instantly if it's a small, medium or large size for pricing reasons. Gordon has not been to the shop for the past few weeks and I did not put thsi tumble into his wallet. If it had not had a green spot on it, I would not have thought anything of it, but quite how this arrived in his wallet is a mystery to us both. Citrine is known as the merchants stone, so we are hoping it will bring us in lots of financial wealth.

Rainbow Bubbles

I awoke in the middle of the night and found myself pouring light onto the house. I was half asleep and went straight back to sleep. When I awoke this morning - I wondered if I had actually dreamt it, but decided to light some insence and candles just in case. With that the sun came out and hit all the Swarovski Rainbow Makers that I have on all my windows and there were lots of rainbow bubbles all over each room - it was lovely!

Paranormal Investigation at Spirit Walker

We waited in anticipation for the Paranormal Investigation Team to arrive. Upon their arrival there were five of them along with myself, Michelle and Gordon we became eight in total. Following the introductions, Sam,
one of the team spoke to myself about what we had already experienced at the
showrooms since moving in.

On moving in both Michelle and I were aware of someone in the showrooms who’s name I ascertained to be William. I had also seen two people, an older couple come in and browse our crystals arm in arm as if they
were browsing a normal shop in reality. We have seen shadows moving past the
window which connects the showrooms to the stairs, had lights switch themselves
on and off and heard movement and small unexplained noises at frequent
intervals. During the day of the investigation, there was frequently
unexplainable noises in the showrooms and a rotating stand which has worked
perfectly for the past three months stopped twice as well as a number of
Swarovski hanging crystals which began rotating for no apparent reason. (There
was no windows open to cause any movement).

Sam asked me if we had had any electrical issued during the day or previously and so I told him about the rotating angel stand our experiences with lights going on and off. He said that often there are
electrical issues on the lead up to an investigation. During our chat, I could
feel my guides close behind me and Sam reported seeing movement just behind me
and a huge light around my head, which may have explained the pressure I had
been feeling in that area.

They brought a lot of interesting equipment with them and the team explained what they were for and how they were going to use them all. It took a little while to place all the camera equipment up and place their
recorders and light sensors in appropriate positions, during which time I went
and sat quietly in the therapy rooms. As I sat quietly, I became aware of two
small children who came and positioned themselves on the bean bag with me, just
either side of my shoulders. They also had a dog with them, which had joined us
in Psychic development a few days before. These were later to be picked up by
other members of the team.

Once everything was in position, we all sat in the therapy rooms and did a grounding and protection meditation and opened up our chakras. We then tried to get the spirits to touch a green light which had been positioned
on the table, but this did not react. The team then took turns with dowsing
rods and we got a really good response and established that there was a little girl
named Caitlyn (this is a spirit child that lives with me). We asked her questions
about various issues to which I felt I knew the answers, which were confirmed
by the team. We were told that the little boy was a spirit child that Caitlyn
had befriended at Adwell and felt his name was Thomas and was known as Tommie.
The name David also cropped up but we felt that we may have been picking up on
an issue related to one of the team.

We then picked up on a spirit named William, however this was felt that it was a teenager rather than an older man, who I had seen previously. This spirit told us that he was known as Willie, for me personally,
I didn’t feel this was the older man and wondered if there were two Williams,
one older man and a younger boy named Willie. This may have been a family name
and possibly a father and son that we were all picking up on.

During this time, Sam went outside into the showrooms as voices and movement was reported. He stated that although we had switched off all electric lights and my display stands, the angel stand which had stopped
during the day whilst plugged in, was now rotating freely whilst not being
plugged in to the electricity! We are hoping that this was captured on camera,
but I was not sure that the angle the camera was in would capture it. I asked
him if possibly they were just shimmering in the darkness, but he stated that
it was definitely rotating freely.

Following this, we all left the therapy room and returned to the hub, which had been set up in our packing area. On looking at the cameras set within the therapy room on infra red, I was absolutely blown away with the
amount of orbs and the energy just zipping around the room. The team commented
on never having seen so many orbs all in one place. I was like an excited
child, never having seen orbs on a video before. As we watched John, who was
stood in the showrooms, orbs continued to zip around him. At this point, orbs
appears in all area’s being filmed, however the greatest activity appeared to
be coming from the therapy room. I could have just sat and watched the film all
night, it was absolutely fascinating, but we were then encouraged to then split
up into two teams following a quick coffee and toast break.

I was part of the team that went downstairs and stood in the hallway. It was felt that the kitchen area downstairs was not comfortable and noises were reported in that area. It was reported that voices could be heard
and we all thought we head a woman’s voice and one member experienced laughter
in her right ear. Two of the members
reported feeling extremely cold as if standing in ice and felt someone touching
them on their head and upper arms which was followed by the laughter or a low
snigger… we felt this may have been Caitlyn again. Then one member of the team
became agitated as she noticed a women in the unit opposite. There was a great
feeling of sadness attached to her and it was felt that she had lost a child.
We did wonder if this was the little boy that Caitlyn had befriended. We used
voice recorders, took lots of pictures and hopefully got quite a bit of video
footage.

Upstairs John, used one of our singing bowls and they all sat in a circle. I cannot say exactly what went on as I was not present, but possibly Michelle who was part of that
team will report back on those findings.

We then swapped over and we went upstairs to the showrooms and therapy rooms.

We went into the therapy room first and it felt peaceful and calm compared to the downstairs hallway. Caitlyn came and brought with her a man who I can only describe as a sailor with a rough black beard. He showed me
a large ship which was confirmed by another member of our team as we all linked
in together. We felt he was from a war, but could not ascertain which or why he
had revealed himself. We again asked spirit to touch our green light, but
nothing happened.

We then returned to the showrooms and used the dowsing rods. We ascertained from using these and asking questions that there was in fact two Williams. One member of the team confirmed the older gentleman who I had seen and
we asked the spirits if they were happy, which they were and offered them to
return to the light, but they declined. The name William Fitzgerald was
revealed and it was felt by Sam that he passed away from Kidney failure.

It was felt that there was a school there at one time, I could not deny, nor confirm this. It was felt that the women seen downstairs was possibly a school mistress. On researching this, there is a mention of a
small school for a short time in Adwell of just 10 boys before they then joined
with first a Sunday school at Postcombe and then a school in Testworth.

When the second team returned, they too had seen the women downstairs and a second description of her matched up with what was reported by our team.

It was then time for another coffee and maple flap jack break when we all discussed our findings on the night. I was honoured to be invited to join the team at their future events and I am seriously considering
this option.

As it was now getting very late and one member of the team had a long journey home as well as many of us having to get up early for work today, we decided to call it a night and returned to the therapy room to say
our thanks to the spirits and our guides before shutting down our chakra’s.

It had been a very tiring day for me having worked all day first, and having not slept well the night before probably due to the excitement of this adventure. However I did enjoy it and the team were
professional in their approach whilst at the same time being very friendly with
a really good energy mix.

I am now awaiting a report in a few weeks time when they have had a chance to look at all the data they collected both on film and voice recorders. They have promised me a copy of the DVD with all those orbs which I
will upload if I can work out how to do it at a later date.

Bosleigh has arrived - Large Crystal Skull

I was never really thrilled or excited by crystal skulls. In fact I thought they were a very strange thing to want to have. When browsing around my wholesalers, the sales girl commented that if I didn't like something, how
could I hope to sell it. So I tried to like them ;-) ... but try as I might I
just couldn't get my head around why anyone would want to have a crystal
skull.

Then a customer got me interested as she loved them and kept asking for different gemstone skulls. We became friends and I began to look on them in a different light. Although I now cared for them with love as I do all the
crystals in my care, I never actually wanted one myself.

I visited one of my wholesalers about a month ago and saw some large crystal skulls whilst browsing, but although I looked at them briefly, I was not drawn to buy one at that time. Then Nick Ashron came to do a workshop,
and got me interested in the changed taking place in 2012, Michelle was guided
to read a book named 'The
Mystery of the Crystal Skulls' which immediately got her hooked, so much so
I had to read it, and now have to admit to it's total fascination. It’s a fascinating
read and I would highly recommend it too anyone with an interest in the history
of the crystal
skulls.

Around the same time, another customer rang to ask for a large crystal skull. I commented that they are highly expensive as they are carved out of a large piece of rock crystal but remembered where I had seen them, so rang my
wholesaler to ask what they still had in stock. The sales person spoke of two
large skulls
about the size of a child’s head or small adult. I knew in my heart that these
were going to be out of the reach of my customer’s budget and declined either
of the two the sales person spoke about. I was right and the customer declined
either of the two I could manage to obtain for them.

Then strange things began to happen. The book I was reading spoke of skulls calling people, and talking to them. At first I thought the skulls physically spoke and even my open mind wondered about this
part of the legend. However upon reading the book
further, it transpired the skulls
do speak to people telepathically as do my guides and angels.
This I could comprehend easily and as I read, so I began to get pictures of a
large skull with lovely rainbows in the top of the skull. I began to think of
the descriptions that the wholesaler had given me and knew that one of them was
calling me.

I tried to ignore the images in my head as I knew this was an expensive item even to purchase at wholesale prices.

I went swimming two nights on the run and the skull kept coming into my head. The rainbows it was showing me were spectacular and I began to want to have this skull.
As the days went on, the skull told me I was to be it’s keeper for a time, be
it long or short it wanted to come and stay with me at this time. I asked my
guides what I should do and I the answer was that it was to come. It told me
his name was Bosleigh. At first I thought it was spelt Bosley, but it immediately
corrected me on the spelling ;-). It comes to something when even a crystal
skull corrects my spelling!

I ordered the skull the next day and got so excited just talking to the wholesaler. I had no worries about it still being available as otherwise it would not have been calling me.

Yesterday Bosleigh arrived!

He is just amazing. I sat with him on my desk and put my hands on his head. WOW! the energy from this skull is simply amazing! I could feel myself going into a daze whilst taking to a friend and in the end had to put it down as I
would not have got any work done. I was then torn as to where to put him. I
wanted to be selfish and take him home with me, but this was not to be. Then I
thought that I would keep him in my therapy
room and only show him to those that ask or to my students. But this was
not right either and I was told in no uncertain terms where he wanted to be. I
had to give in and give him pride of place amidst the other skulls, although I
did move the skulls up a shelf so that he could easily be seen. I knew he would
draw customers to him, he wants to be loved and to love. He wants people to
touch him, carefully of course.

He had been in his new home for about 15 mins and a customer arrived. I noticed that she was immediately drawn to him and felt his energy radiating out towards her. We will continue to welcome anyone who wishes to come and spend
time with
Bosleigh whilst he is in our care.

For however long Bosleigh is with me, he will be well cared for and loved without limits by both myself and my visitors. He will be taken into my therapy
room when I am teaching to allow him to help guide us and join in with our
spiritual progress. When it is time for him to move to a new home, I will be saddened
but will allow him to go with love as his work with me will then be done. He told
me I am a gateway to his next place of work, where ever and when ever that will
be I do not know but I do know that I am going to enjoy him whilst he is within
my care.

The girl across the lake...

Whilst walking Max in the grounds of Spirit Walker this morning I caught sight of a lovely young lady of about 30 years of age dressed in a lovely satin white dress edged in blue and wearing a bonnet with a matching blue ribbon tying it around her head. She was a pretty girl / women with brown hair in ringlets around the front of her face, the remainder of her hair was tied up under her bonnet.

The sight caught me completely off guard and I watched her enter one of the gardens with the fountains from across the opposite side of the lake. She entered the garden and was gone. She looked like she belonged here at some point in the past. It would be nice to find out a little more
about her, maybe she will show herself again at a later date, I will certainly be keeping my eyes open for her in the future.

It’s lovely here at Spirit Walker this morning with the sun shining and just a slight nip in the air which has the promise of a great day ahead.

The Fairies of Adwell

Last night when I went to the pool, it was quiet with just me in the water, just the way I like it. I frequently go on underwater journeys during my swim, but maybe it was because I had put up a new group on Fairy Folk
earlier but I went on a journey with the Fairies around Adwell.

It began with me shrinking down to tiny size and becoming as light as air. A
small wooden door with an arched top appeared in the base of an old tree with
many roots penetrating from it's base. We flew inside and up the centre of the
tree where there were lots of other fairies with frantically fluttering wings.

I asked my guide her name and she told me her name was Julissa.
Strange as we have a fairy pendant that has just this name who sits upon a ball
of Amethyst. Julissa
took me up through the tree which had a huge opening at the top where all the
fairies seemed to flow in and out. All the top branches of the tree appeared to
come out of this wide opening.

Julissa
then took me on a flight down to the garden area where a small stream runs
freely and there sitting on small bolder type rocks was about four or five
female fairies. They were laughing and joking and one of them was even painting
her toe nails. One of the small fairies told me her name was Kathryn.
Kathryn
gave me a small ball of amber and asked me too look closely into it. There
trapped inside was a small bug, trapped in time, she explained that they use
this to keep them fit and healthy as it works in a similar way to antibiotics,
but without the damaging effects our antibiotics have on our natural defence
system.

Another one of the fairies flew across from her small boulder and asked me if I
wanted to listen to a secret. Now I love secrets and so of course could not
resist this one. She asked me to follow her. We flew back to her small boulder
upon which she was sat and she raised her small wand and said watch! Sparks
flew out of the end of her tiny wand
which she tapped on the top of the small dusty bolder. A crack appeared and we
were able to prise it into two halves. The middle of the boulder was astoundingly
beautiful as it sparkled in the sunlight. She was so proud of her secret and
shared with me that it was a Quartz
Geode that had somehow appeared one
day after one of the larger fairies had been on a long expedition to far away
lands.

We gazed at it’s glory, just the two of us before the other remaining fairies joined us to rejoice in it’s natural splendour. They told me about sharing and about how important it is to spread the word of peace and to
encourage all forms of life to live in harmony with each other. We continued to
sit for what seemed like a very short time and yet the light was beginning to
fade. I just have to show you one more delight, before I take you on a magical
flight across the fields. We flew across to a small waterfall which had lots of
tiny rainbows still dancing in the sunlight. We flew quickly and easily behind
the waterfall to find lots of hanging crystals spinning slowly. As the last of
the sunlight hit the crystals it scattered the tiny rainbows out through the
falling water. As I continued to watch, the tiny rainbows all began to change
into tiny fairies until there was so many of them that I lost count.

The fairy named Julissa took my hand and we flew up into the sky and into the centre of this small mist of fluttering wings.

All too quickly I was back on the ground and my normal size. I tried to look for the small wooden door in the tree, but there was nothing to be seen. I began my walk back to the showrooms
and looked up at the sky and I could have sworn that I saw movement in the sky,
but I rubbed my eyes, and the movements disappeared.

14 Lewis Road by Fay Clement

I was sent this short story by my cousin Fay who is the author. 14 Lewis Road was our grandmother's house so not only did this story bring back some wonderful memories of both my childhood and my grandmother but it is an
exceptionally captivating story. The author 'Fay Clement' is one of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure to be associated with. She is warm, kind, welcoming and is one of those people who always makes you feel good about yourself. I feel so lucky to have her as my cousin and over the years there has been many times when I have needed her support and it has been there without question and with love.

I was so taken with this short story that I wanted to share it with everyone who visits Spirit Walker and who reads my blog and I hope you all enjoy it just as much as I did.

14 Lewis Road

‘Oh Vi, I can’t believe you’re going away on a murder mystery weekend with Frankie
Nesbitt and the jet set crowd, you can do so much better he’s such a conceited, womaniser...’

Violet put her hand gently to Lynda’s mouth, ‘Don’t worry about me Lynda, he’s just a bit of fun, I have no illusions about Frankie believe me...but I could do with a weekend away, it’s almost as if something’s telling me to go I feel...’

Before Violet could finish, a loud novelty horn sounded outside from a speeding
M G Sports car. ‘Hey Vi are you ready babe!’ called Frankie sounding his horn again.

‘Oh my God Vi...his jet black... greased back flicked up fringe would frighten the
bluebirds away and those sun glasses in February? And you with your natural blonde waves and cheek bones to die for what are you…’

Violet just placed a kiss on Lynda’s cheek. Then she leaped into the red ‘hansom
cab’ and waved to her hesitant friend while Frankie gave one more honk of the

delightful horn medley.’

They soon discovered that the directions Frankie had been given by the party host
were confusing. For an age it felt as though they’d been going around in circles, twisting and turning through green country lanes, each one a duplicate of the other. ’Don’t drive so fast Frankie please its making me feel sick,’ said Violet in the end.

‘Look I’ll do the driving thanks; these lanes have got to end somewhere and the quicker we get there the better.’

Violet crossed her arms in front of her face, the very same instant Frankie cried

‘Hey...damn...hey man what’s going on...the car it’s taking off on its own..,’
Frankie cried.

He’d taken his foot off the throttle but the speedometer said they were still accelerating... seventy, eighty ninety...In desperation Frankie pulled the keys from the ignition, but it made no difference. The car hurtled around the lanes at breakneck speed, tearing low hung branches from unsuspecting trees.

Finally they came to an abrupt whiplashing halt. ‘Bloody hell...I thought she’d
had it then girl... where the hell are we anyway?’

‘My god, Frankie is that all you can think about is this stupid bloody car we could
have been killed’

Frankie ignored Violet. Instead he clambered out to inspect any damage to his
precious car. He yanked open the bonnet and groaned. Violet got out too, wiped her wet cheeks with a paisley handkerchief, and then looked about. Without knowing why, she instinctively felt that the place was familiar. ‘Come on,’ she said, taking charge. She led Frankie in the direction she knew was right, without knowing

why it was. Eventually
footsore and tired they trailed into a nearby town where a man in old style clothes seemed to have been waiting to direct them to a nearby garage, and Violet to take rest at number 14 Lewis Road.

‘My God what is this place? It hasn't moved on from the war don't they know it's nineteen sixty three?’ said Frankie.

‘Oh behave, I think it's really sweet I’m going to knock on that door there like the
man said, see if I can use a phone or something, look they must be in because the front door is open baring an inner glass door, that's a sign you know...if they were out the big main front door would be closed’

‘What the hell are you talking about? Anyways that’s a good idea I’ll see to my baby
here and you... um ...yeah...you just go and brush up or whatever you women do...I’ll call for you in an hour or so, find out exactly where we are and all’

Violet knocked gently on the lacy etched glass inner door which bowed slightly
with each hesitant touch.

She waited...when no one answered; she nervously opened the door which displayed the
timeless neat hallway. She inched her way slowly in with every intention to call out, instead she was mesmerised by the familiar cold clean smell.

The hallway was long and narrow, there was a Barometer hanging proudly with its worn
edges and cedar scent, she noticed the needle pointed to, ‘Change.’

As she glanced at the barometer she was aware of someone’s shadow passing her ‘Oh
I'm so sorry do forgive...’ There was no one.

The distant sound of children playing comforted her for a few minutes. Their sound
disappeared and an elderly woman opened the parlour door...she wore a flowered pinafore that crossed over on her full chest, hiding the illusion of separate breasts, her hair was greying and pinned up neatly in a bun, her face seemed kind and heavily powdered.

‘Oh, there you are my dear... Violet it is... yes... we've been expecting you... come
in ‘cariad’ you must be frozen and they say it's going to snow...come by the fire ‘cariad’ and warm yourself I'll just make some tea and then we can have a nice chat.’

’Oh no, really I don't expect... I hope I’m not intruding but the man at the bottom
of the road pointed out your house...just for me to use a phone and maybe...’

‘A phone...do you mean telephone...oh dear me no I’m afraid you won’t find one of
them in this street my lovely Now... you look shattered...you’ve had a long journey I’m just going to make that tea’

Without even learning her name she left the room.

As she opened the door to the middle room the aura travelled into the parlour.
There was a faint tolerable smell of gas as she had so obviously opened the pantry, where the best china was kept. The fragrance of hot starch from clean linen seemed to flow in and out of the room with the aromatic scent of coal burning on the fire.

The parlour was also warm and orderly. Violet moved further in to look at the photographs that were befitted to stand proudly on the grand oak sideboard.

The winged ornately crafted sides cradled the middle section.

A photograph of a man sitting on the bonnet of an old fashioned car, blonde hair
tousled with the wind blowing through...in front of him a picnic table and on it a milk jug.. he was smiling ...so happy,

Violet's heart missed a beat at the sight of him she imagined being in his arms
brushing his lips with hers tentatively and found herself pining for him...

She immediately grounded herself, mindful that Frankie was a

‘settled upon boyfriend’ who cared more for his car, which had just nearly killed them both. She put her thoughts down to pure escapism of course... all that and her being a true romantic at heart...

The sounding of a siren... louder and louder again and again....

‘Won't be long now Arthur’ said the woman.

...The tray of tea clattered as the woman struggled to open the heavy door with
her foot...Violet looked to who was being addressed as ....Arthur?

Violet moved back startled... she hadn't seen him sitting there.

He wasn't there before... he definitely wasn't there before...

Of course he must have been...

Oh God had he seen her kissing and caressing the man in the photo...

Of course not...

Get a bloody grip girl!

‘Oh please let me help you’ Violet

shouted above the rantings of her own mind

Cradled in the ruby rolled armchair was a thin skeletal sharp featured grey haired man...

He was covered by a paper like white winged collared shirt... top buttons undone to
be casual and baggy grey flannel trouser with turn ups held with braces to help defy gravity.

His long thin fingers shelved a pipe that may or may not as the case was, hold tobacco at some time. Only his eyes looked up to acknowledge their presence... he spoke with the pipe like a horse's bit between his teeth.

‘It is time Lil, you're right enough...ay ay it is time....good thing too...ay ay
good thing too’

‘What is a good thing?’ said Violet

‘Why seeing you again my lovely... seeing you of course’ Lil poured out three cups of
tea, bone china cups and saucers of course.

‘There you are just as you like it’ and she handed the tea to Violet.

Violet quickly put down the cup and saucer hastily shaking with eagerness to
ask...

‘Lil...it is Lil isn’t it? Do you know me... have you seen me before...how do
you know my name? the place did seem familiar to me I said that to Frankie...I didn’t tell the man my name...this is 14 Lewis Rd like he said isn’t it, he said knock on the door of 14 Lewis Rd?’

‘Shush now ‘cariad’, shush now we'll talk about it all in a while ...you just drink your tea and I will have a surprise for you...a nice surprise so don't worry’

Violet became nervous and made her excuses to go outside, see if Frankie had
managed to tear himself away from his car. It was dark in the hallway...the main front door was shut tight... the etched glass inner door opened she sighed with relief thinking herself over re acting... but the main door was stuck fast

secured his pipe with his teeth.

Lil appeared from the parlour and re assured her it was probably the wind. She
consoled her fear with a soft arm... Violet could smell buttermilk and fresh grass from the picnic in the photograph and was soothed.

The siren sounded again... louder and louder

‘What is that noise where is it coming from?’ the tea cup spilt over Violet ... tea
leaves staining her dress.

‘Oh my lovely girl... come with me and I will swill out your dress for you’

‘Oh no really I'll be fine’

Arthur tipped up his pipe in support and Violet followed Lil up the stairs

‘Now you come with me, you can change into something more suitable’

‘Is the lace gown here for me?’ Violet asked Lil...

Puzzled at how the familiar vision of the dress had got into her mind.

‘I'll run you a bath cariad... you'll feel more yourself after travelling such a long time’

Violet by this time was in a

comfortable daze...the bath was cold clean and white with marks where water had continually dropped over the years. The water ran from the taps like a loud chorus deepening and warming as she emerged herself.

She could smell Rose flakes... her favourite.

The towel was starched and white invigorating every pore of her skin.

Her bedroom door was open ready and she glided through draped in the cream lace nightgown that folded and fell off every curve covering her naked body. She held the lavender embossed hand mirror and came across her reflection...she knew who she was at last.

She waited patiently as she heard his footsteps, her heart beating like a drum
within her mind and she ached, longing for him.

The door opened slowly... and they embraced eternity.

Lil wiped the photo upon the sideboard with her flowered pinafore it showed Violet
at his side smiling... happy...

over some dumb woman according to Frankie.

I dropped my girl off and she went into 14 Lewis Rd ...um...in that time the house seems to have disappeared.... oh hang on...oh sorry I can see now this is Lewis Place... women eh?... you couldn't tell me how to get back to 14 Lewis Rd can you mate? I'm a bit late...not that I'm ruled by her of course... the old M G there got into a spot of bother and I had to get her seen to.’

The noise of diggers, shovels and drills had been halted with a deafening silence,

I wanted a book that covered all the crystals that I sold on Spirit Walker and would also suggest one crystal for one specific ailment such as which crystal is best for fertility. Most books I looked at covered most of the crystals but not all of them. Many books had crystals which were not readily available. All of the books recommended what the crystals were good for but none appeared to offer advise on single crystals. Now I know that crystals are good for more than one issue or complaint, but when someone asks you which is best, I wanted to offer them a book that would do this. In the end I opted to write my own.

The book 'Crystal Collecting - Made Easy' does all this. Aura Reading

About a month ago when I was looking for festivals and fairs to attend I rang Reiki Sounds to attend their event in the Plinston Hall in Letchworth. They were fully booked and I fully understood as it was only about a month prior to the event taking place. I asked the universe to find me some work as I do on times and went to bed. The following day I received an email informing me that their Tarot Reader had had to pull out and did I want to attend in her place. She asked me if I had been having words with 'The Powers That Be', I laughed and sent a reply telling her that I had infact asked for some work. She replied with a light hearted email saying it was cosmic ordering at it's best. I laughed and remembered to say thank you to the universe for providing me with this opportunity.

On the day I was placed in the centre of the room and as soon as I was set up looked up to see someone doing aura photography opposite me. I had had my aura photographed about 10 years ago when it was bright orange and red. I had wanted it to be more spiritual but infact at that time I was just so full of energy and ideas and also going through the turmoil of a divorce. I had been longing to have it photographed again to see if it was now of a more spiritual colour but had not found the right person to do it.

I saw Derik, the person who was setting up and went over to speak to him. I took to him immediatly and felt an immeidate connection with him. This was the person to take my aura picture. If you have never had your aura photographed, then you should do it. It is absolutly facinating seeing the colorus change. At times it was like watching a rainbow surrounding me. I had asked Derik if he could photograph me before the event started as I knew once clients began coming through the door, I would be busy all day, and I was - so thank you to all who visited me on that day.

As you can see from my aura picture above it is no longer orange and red but pink and a very pale blue & white. Derik immediatly asked me if I was Reiki Trained then proceeded to tell me off for not doing a self Reiki on a daily basis. He also told me off for being too spiritually connected. This amused me as I wondered how you could be too spiritual - but he put me right and told me I needed to be balanced at 33% Mind, 33% Body and 33% Spirit. It appeared that I was 51.8% spirit and only 12.5% mind. No wonder my husband frequently asks me if I am on this planet. He told me I needed to meditate more and I have to admit to being so busy that I have little or no time to meditate. This is for me to work on.

He also picked up on the rough ride I have undergone over the past 10 years and told me that I have learned from these experiences and am now well on my spiritual path. He also opened up my 8th chakra (the thyroid) which speeds up the Reiki energy allowing me to do a self Reiki in just 3 minutes. The experience was quite moving and I was moved to tears which was quite unexpected but he told me it was quite normal. I felt my guides come in very close at this time and it was a bit over whelming.

Limiting Beliefs and Cosmic Ordering

About three years ago I did a course with Psycademy and on the start of one weekend we had to write down what we wanted to happen that would make this course the very best ever. I wrote down that I had a dream and wanted my shop to be a success and I wanted to be able to give up my day job to enable me to do it. At that time Spirit Walker was just a dream in it's infancy and I had a very limiting belief that it could not work. We did a lot of work on limiting beliefs and it obviously worked as here I am today, up at 5am in the morning writing a blog. I have to admit to ignoring this blog this past few months as I have been so busy living my dream.

The point is here that what I did was cosmically ordered my dream. I thought about it and then let the universe do it's job in how to provide me with the ways in which I could do this.

Over the past number of years I have had quite a few operations. It started when I had a coil put in. This turned out to be not a good option as I had a lot of pain and never stopped bleeding. Eventually I had it taken out and opted for sterilization. This sort of went well, but I developed a haematoma after the operation (a large gathering of blood internally) and ended up going back to work after two weeks for just three days and then having another eight weeks off work. Following this I continued to have problems with bleeding and eventually had a hysterectomy and had another 6 months off work.

In between the sterilization and the hysterectomy I had quarrelled with a car whilst crossing the road and found out that I didn't in actual fact bounce too well. I ended up escaping with a fractured wrist and was ended up in plaster for 8 weeks. Being in plaster for all this time made my wrist very stiff and I was diagnosed with arthritis in both thumbs and another operation was discussed.(Just discussed - but not acted on). However this gave me another four months off work in total.

A few years later when I was in the middle of doing the course with Psycademy, I developed cholecystitis and had a few weeks off work. Followed by a suspected appendicitis and then later the actual cholecystectomy. (Removal of my gall bladder).

During my recuperation, I went off to one of my weekends at Psycademy and the Leader - Dr Lisa Turner asked me why I was giving myself all these illnesses. Now at the start of this years course, I thought she was nutz asking why I had given myself an illness.... like I would really do that to myself. By the end of the course I realised that she was entirely right. Once again some months later she asked me why I was doing this to myself. I told her that I knew why I was doing it - I didn't want to work! at least, I didn't want to work as a Midwife any longer. I wanted to spend time doing what I loved doing and that was working with crystals, Reiki and psychic readings. I also still had this limiting belief that I could not afford to give up my day job as a midwife. She told me again and again that this was a limiting belief - but would I listen... oh no.... She also told me that I either had to change the way I thought about my day job or leave and live the dream - as I could not keep giving myself all these major ailments to have long periods of time off work or I would end up with no internal organs and be like the bionic woman.

I had not consciously given myself these ailments obviously but none the less she was right and I knew I had to do something about it. So, still harbouring this limiting belief that I could not earn enough as a therapist / clairvoyant I decided to change the way I thought about my job. I kept telling myself that I was now doing health.

This worked beautifully for about two years. I stopped saying I was OK or whinging when people asked me how I was and started to tell people 'I am good thanks' even if I wasn't in reality. This worked a treat and in saying 'I am good thanks' I was actually good - thanks.

I still had this dream of Spirit Walker and being a therapist and clairvoyant and worked hard at it by getting up early every morning and working at it before going to work at my day job and then again doing readings, indulgence evenings and developing the website until late in the evening, every evening.

Christmas eve of last year I bounced out of my day job feeling good.... wished everyone a Merry Christmas and left for home. Little was I to know that I would then not be going back in the capacity that I had left.

Now I have to tell you. Every Christmas I ask the universe for something big and I have to tell you - I have had everything I ever wanted, sometimes it has not appeared on the Christmas, but I always believed that it would come within the year as a belated Christmas present - and 9 times out of 10 it did. The odd year I had to wait more than a year for what I had asked for but none the less it came to pass. This is cosmic ordering at it's best. Its about asking the universe for what you want then believing 100% without a shadow of a doubt that it will be delivered. I never put a time scale on my orders so maybe that is why I had to wait so long for them to manifest.

Last Christmas I didn't think that I had actually asked for anything. However on Christmas morning I got up and didn't feel very good. You know that old cherry - your always ill when you are off work... haha... well I just felt like I was coming down with a virus of some kind. But by 3pm I was in bed with my clothes and a layer of my husbands clothes on wrapped in a duvet and was still shivering. I must have shivered for about an hour or more before the tablets I had taken for what I thought was a bit of a temperature began to work and I stopped the shivering.

The following day, still feeling poorly, I laid about most of the day, feeling sorry for myself. That evening my husband said he was going to take our dog for a walk and feeling guilty for ruining Christmas decided to go with him. Bad move.... I began getting chest pain, but opted not to tell my husband, he just asked me why I was walking like an old women... Nice touch.... LOL.. However I was more than a bit concerned, as I was also having pain in my left arm and did wonder if it was my heart. I still decided not to tell anyone, but I did make sure the phone was charged and close to hand throughout the night just in case... In reality, this was very silly of me not to tell my husband but I didn't want to alarm him.

The only way I can describe how I was feeling was that it felt like my body was going into some kind of crisis. I hurt absolutely everywhere and when I looked in the mirror on the 27th I had a bit of a shock and looked like a corpse with absolutely no colour. I rang the GP and made an early appointment. I told her I had been taking pain killers that I had in the house and she thought that the pain in my chest was indigestion due to the tablets. I told her I didn't think so as I knew what indigestion felt like, and it was not like this. Due to the chest and arm pain she felt I should be checked out and told me to go home and that the hospital would ring me for me to go down and get checked out.

I went back home and to cut a long story shorter an ambulance arrived with a blue flashing light and I was rushed into A&E with chest pain. I felt a bit of a fraud as I didn't think it was my heart. None the less I spent the day having investigations and found out that what I had was pneumonia. Another six weeks off work. Here we go again I thought, now why did I do this to myself when I was doing health. I now had to admit to people that I was still doing health, but not doing it very well....

I was still getting pain in my arm which was getting worse and every time I went to the doc for a check on my pneumonia, I would ask about this pain in my arm which had previously been diagnosed as a frozen shoulder in the previous November. But have you noticed how you can only be ill with one thing at a time so they would tell me that they wanted to concentrate on my pneumonia. Eventually I went to see a chiropractor who refused to touch me telling me I had something wrong with my shoulder, following going back to the GP and more x-rays and finding nothing wrong with my shoulder - I was referred to a neurologist for an mri scan.

By the time I got to see the consultant I was beside myself as by now I was not sleeping due to the pain in my arm and was not coping well during the day due to lack of sleep and chronic pain. It transpired that I had a protruding disc in my neck which was causing the pain in my arms.

During this time, I wrote to Lisa again and her reply to me was, why had I given myself this now... what does this situation allow me to do, that I could not do before. Being at home allowed me to realise that I need to be here to answer the phone, to answer questions, take orders and update the website on a regular basis.

Six months later I am still off work and today I will be writing out my notice but staying on annual hours to keep my pension alive until I can retire officially next year. Today my dream comes true and I can officially say I am a professional therapist and clairvoyant with a very successful website.

So you see, I have got to live my dream, but it would appear that I unconsciously gave myself pneumonia and a slipped disc to enable my unconscious mind to prove to my conscious mind that I can in fact now, stop giving myself long term illnesses and banish that limiting belief of not being able to afford to give up my day job.

Following a dream

Do you have a dream? If you do are you following it? If you are not - why is this? Is this because you are afraid you may fail... but to fail is to learn... and what is failure anyway... if we set out thinking we will fail... haven't we then succeeded in failing... am I confusing you... :-)

There are many of us who have a dream of some kind. But how many of us actually take the horse by the reins and follow our dreams. I do a large number of psychic readings and frequently tell people that I can see they have a dream but can also see that they are not following it. I tend not to visit any other psychics any more - not because I think I am better, because this would not be so. I have not read my own cards for many years either as i now feel that we all create our own destiny. But being human like the rest of you, I need reassurance from time to time. I have come to a crossroads in my life where I have had to face the truth.

Do I follow my heart and my dreams now... or do I carry on hoping, wishing and praying...voicing what I want... but afraid to jump right in.... I am forever telling people that they have to create the future that they want and here I am on the brink of following my dreams but at the same time dragging my heals.

When you visit a website, do you wonder what the people behind the scenes are like. What do they do for leisure - do they get any leisure or are they always there, poised waiting at the end of the telephone waiting for customers and clients to ring. Well this is the personal part of my life. The above video was taken one Sunday morning whilst out walking our dog called Max.

Max is a golden retriever who is a real golden colour. When we went to pick him, he was the only one who was this colour. All the others were the white or straw colour that most of us associate with a Golden Retriever. But I like to be different and so choose Max because he was different to all the others.

He was a bit of hand full as a pup and had a strong mind of his own. He hated water and did not come when called, ran off and didn't come back when out. Now at the age of two and a half he is a really well behaved dog (most of the time) who does not have a nasty bone in his body. And as you can see from this video clip taken on my new toy (mobile phone) he now loves the water and tried very hard to catch the ducks. We take him out most weekends to a local country park. We start the walk with him looking his best, then as soon as we find a muddy puddle, he rolls in it over and over again. Then runs up to us, all pleased with himself only to shake as only dogs can do best showering us with mud spots. Needless to say we wear old clothes to take him for his walks. He then thankfully dives into the pond to wash off the mud before having a final run to dry off before coming home all smelly and very tired.

Psychic Fears

I am generally someone who likes to go to bed at about 10pm. Boring I know but I have always been the same, its like I have an internal clock that tells me it's 10pm. Last night I began to feel tired at about that time as usual, but a film on the TV caught my attention. I am not a big TV person and vary rarely have it on during the day and frequently only have it on in the background at night. However this film called The Dragonfly which featured Kevin Costner who I love to watch anyway was about a man who's wife had died and he felt she was trying to contact him from beyond the grave. Just up my street - or so you would think.

My husband had fallen asleep during the football which was on prior to it and I was quite happy to watch the film but took comfort in him being there with me. During this film, he began hearing voices and having strange things happen around him and found myself getting quite scared by it. Considering I am a medium and frequently get visits from the spirit world I found it strangely unnerving that I was getting so frightened by the events in the film. I put it down to the music that was creating the drama but none the less took comfort in the fact that I was not alone.

I have to say I really enjoyed the film which is unusual for me these days and it had a lovely ending which was not spooky at all, in fact it made you feel ahhhhhhhhhhh... if you know what I mean.

My husband woke up right on cue as the credits were going up. When I told him I was a bit scared by the film he laughed and reminded me that I have contact with people who has passed over on a regular basis which does not phase me one little bit, in fact I feel very blessed to be able to pass on comfort to others in times of grief.

I wondered if any other psychics or mediums get spooked by spooky films too - or is it just me. I still don't like that dark or being alone in the house at night. I have no issues of being alone during the day or having contact with the spirit world so what is my problem? I would be interested to hear from anyone else about their own issues with being a scary cat.

Pendulums as a healing tool or for fun!

Pendulums come in many shapes, sizes and gemstones. The one featured opposite is a Sodalite faceted pendulum on a sterling silver chain and can be purchased at http://www.spiritwalker.info/ under the pendulum section.

Pendulums can be used in various ways. My very first memory of a pendulum was my friends mum placing her wedding ring on a thread and holding it over the pregnant tummy of my sister in law to find out if she was having a girl or a boy. If the ring moved in a circle it was a girl and if the ring moved in a straight line it was to be a boy. I don't actually remember if the ring was right or not, but it started my fascination with pendulums.

When I began working as a spiritual healer I had a clear quartz point with a small piece of watermelon tourmaline set on the top on a 20 inch chain. I wore this as a pendant then took it off to use as a pendulum during healing sessions. I would first scan the aura with this pendulum, watching it repair any imbalances as i would slowly move along the body's edge. I would then run it down the seven major chakra's and allow it to correct any blockages in those area's. Finally I would scan the whole aura looking for any old injuries or issues still being held in the clients aura and watch as the pendulum would move in it's various ways.

So how do you use a pendulum? You first hold the pendulum by it's chain between your thumb and your forefinger and try to clear your mind. Ask your pendulum if it would like to work with you. Your pendulum will move in one or another direction. Once your pendulum begins to move, ask it to first give you a sign for yes and wait for it to respond. You may find that it moves in a circle or back and forth. Once you have your response, continue to ask it for a sign for no and again wait for a response. Don't be despondent if your pendulum does not respond, sometimes it takes a bit of practice. Once you have your signs you can then begin to ask it questions. Be sure that the answers should be either yes or no. Pendulums can be fun to use in this way, but don't base major life decisions on the answers you receive.

To find out where a persons energy field begins and ends (the aura). Have the client lying down on the floor, a bed or a therapy couch and begin about 1 - 2 foot above the head. Hold the pendulum and begin moving slowly down the line of the body. Your pendulum will begin to move in a way that works for you when you reach the clients aura. Move slowly down the line of the body until you have moved past the feet. At the level of the aura ending, the pendulum will stop moving.

Healers use pendulums to repair imbalances in both the aura and the chakra system, hypnotherapists use them to access the clients unconscious mind. Many people use them to ask day to day questions. What ever your reason is for using them, they can also be quite fun.

If you do not wish to spend a lot of money on a pendulum, you can of course use any object where it's weight will hold a chain in a direct line. Any pendant will do the job, see if you like using one before spending out on a purpose carved one. It may be the style that talks to you or the colour of the crystal - but remember the crystal is choosing you and not the other way around.

Sword of Truth with Citrine Crystal

The Sword of Truth is a beautiful crystal with another crystal as a stone insert. This particular one has a Citrine inserted into the handle. When I began Spirit Walker I wanted to be different. I not only wanted to work with the crystals that I loved so much but I wanted to be able to help others on their journey also.

Each morning I light two candles one white to draw those in need towards my site and one green candle to achieve the financial success that I desire. I end my little cosmic ordering ritual by sending absent healing out to everyone that has asked it of me and for all those contained in my healing diary.

I believe that when we pose a question to our guides an angel answers us in ways we may not always expect. Yesterday an angel who shall remain nameless gave me the answer to a question that I had posed that very morning. I had subconsciously asked my guides to give me some kind of proof that I was on the right road and that my little daily rituals were working and that the crystals I have were purchased and sold for a particular reason and not just on a whim of mine.

"Let me just preface this by saying that as a teenager, I went through some huge trauma that I was ill-equipped to deal with on any level and in my turmoil, I developed some rather unhealthy responses. One of these was panic attacks and agoraphobia. Another was self harm, which at the time was far from being as generally recognized as it is today - in fact it was not heard of even by many mental health practitioners. Over time, I recovered and developed healthier survival skills.

Now here I am, many years later and have been through overwhelming (for me at least) stress in the past few years. Anyway, one evening, I was surfing the good ol' web and I decided to see if I could find crystals recommended for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, since that is at the core of this. I didn't find much, but I did notice that Citrine was showing up in a lot of lists for depression and phobias, so that had me interested. Reading further, I found mentions of it being used to treat self destruction and self harm. Well, if that doesn't sound like the crystal for me....

And, well, I think you can see where this is going, but just imagine my reaction to seeing a Citrine sitting atop a sword - for me, a perfect symbol to represent overcoming cutting. I am still amazed, but then it is often said that we find what we need or we draw what we need to ourselves when we are open to it.

So many people start off with good intentions of publishing their thoughts to a blog and I was no different but like many other people, let my posts slip because my life got distracted or redirected to something else of higher importance.

And what could be more important you may be asking yourself. Well I always ask my customers to give me feedback both good and bad. And just like anyone else, I love to be told how lovely my website is and love to be told how good I am... LOL... but on the same note I also take criticism on the nose and if it is constructive will act upon it

One very kind customer who shall remain nameless as it is of no consequence left just one comment - 'Needs Better Pictures' . I thought about this and had to agree that some of my pictures were rubbish but I am no photographer and was struggling with my camera. None the less I set about re-taking the pictures of my stock, anyone who has looked through the website will note that there is a lot of it so re-taking pictures of everything would take some considerable time. To make things worse my camera died on me. Technology is wonderful until it is not working.

I wondered about buying a new camera, but my husband had a good one that was just sitting there doing nothing so I thought that was my optimum option. The only issue was I was having to take a picture about 10 times before I got one that was even close to being acceptable. Not having the book to go with it didn't help either, but eventually I think I began to crack it and now can take half presentable pictures such as the one of the chakra necklace above. The other side track was all the new stock that I had arrive which also had to be photographed before being described and finally added to the website. If you are a regular visitor to my site then you will notice all the new additions of late, but there are still lots to come.

So all in all this has taken me quite a time and I have only just started chipping away at it, which is why my blog spot was put on the back burner. But there is nothing worse than going to look at a blog spot and it has not been updated so my humble apologies and I will adhere to doing better in the future.

Email Readings

Following numerous requests I re introduced psychic readings by email. I now want to thank everyone who has chosen to have an email reading and for all those who have come back to me with their thanks and positive comments. It is always good to know that I get it right or should I say when my guides get it right as it is too them that our real thanks need to go to. I never analyse the messages and frequently just type automatically. I never re-read what I have written either in case I wonder where on earth the information has come from. I just trust 100% that the information coming through is for you.

It blows me away when people come back to me and tell me how acurate the readings are. I have no rituals - no special way of shuffling the cards - no way of really knowing if the information I am giving you is right.

People ask me how it all works. Where does the information come from. If I am really honest - I don't know how it works, but this is how I have come to interpret it. If you have a radio and it is not tunned in - you will not get a good connection and therefore you cannot hear anyone speaking or hear any music. Many radio's today have pre-set channels and so the minute you turn on the radio - your favourite channel is there. For some psychics they have to meditate before a reading to enable them to tune into thier guides just as you would tune in your radio when the channel is lost. I am extreamly lucky and as soon as I switch my radio on my guides are there just as if I had pre-set my radio channel.

When I do a reading for you, it is your guides as well as mine that are on the channel. They just seem to know what time I am going to do the reading and are there waiting. If I am later than I anticipated, they do give me a gentle reminder on times and make me cough. I have come to know now that this is their way of getting my attention. If I am really busy with something else and need to re-schedule, I just have to ask them to come back later and they oblige.

My spirit guides do have a sense of humour and frequently make me laugh with the way they try to get their messages accross to me. I love to have a giggle so this suits me just fine. As I am a very visual person and the messages I receive are like watching a video clip within my own head. This runs now whether my eyes are open or shut which has it's good and bad points as some of the images are a bit weird and sometimes it takes me a good few minutes to undersand what they mean. Other time's I struggle to understand, but as I progress with the reading, the video clip or psychic message, your personal crystal and the cards all seem to fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.

I feel very blessed to be able to do this work and thank you all for giving me the opportunity to continue on a daily basis.

How long have I been reading the Tarot Cards.

People frequently ask me - how long I have been reading the Tarot Cards? This is a difficult one as I was brought up alongside someone who read ordinary playing cards, all sorts of oracle cards and of course the Tarot. Upon getting a new set of cards, there would as per normal be a book accompanying it. I generally couldn't wait for June to learn the cards and so would want a reading immediately. This would generally frustrate me as often the books give a long drawn out explanation of the cards which I frequently didn't understand which in turn lead to me being disappointed with the outcome. I would sit there thinking to myself "I would love to be able to read the cards" but I think I must have had the memory of a goldfish as no matter how hard I tried, I just could not remember all the cards and what each one meant.

I would spend many hours sat along side June, firstly getting her to read my cards so frequently, that she was known to say "you will shuffle the spots of these cards one day Gaynor" but I was fascinated by them and her. But no matter how hard I tried to learn them, I did not get very far. I bought numerous packs of Tarot cards in the hope of finding one set that would eventually talk to me. In the late 1990's I became exasperated as I had read so many books on the subject and each book although very similar had a different slant on each card. I was getting bogged down with everyone else's idea's of what the cards meant. In retrospect, this was my biggest mistake.

I eventually had a pack of cards I thought I could relate to. I wrote a whole book on it and which layouts I would use in the hope that this would help my goldfish memory. Alas I still had to refer to my own book to do a reading, how frustrating was that. Over the years I would bring the cards out, read them for myself and others for a while and then put them away again for a few more months before bringing them out again. I never felt I did a good job, even though others told me I was right in what I had told them, for me there was something not right about the way I had to try and remember each card, it was such hard work. Layouts were another nightmare... what each card meant in each position... I used to want to scream!

I had visited no end of different psychics over the years from the age of about 14 and got to know the difference between a good psychic and a card reader. The quality of the reading was so different, and I knew that I wanted to be a good psychic and not just a card reader.
As time moved on I continued to keep getting the cards out, reading them, get frustrated with my results and pack them away again. Then one day in early 2003 I saw an advert for a tarot course. Even thought I had even written a book on the Tarot I went along as a complete beginner in the hope of once and for all getting it right. I was so disappointed with the course. For one thing it only covered the Major Arnica and I wanted to know about the whole pack. On the last but one evening, our course leader told us we were going to learn to do spreads. Ah, I thought - great. This is what I need. We were told to choose three cards and put them face down on the floor in front of us. We were then to read them as past, present and future and interpret them in our own way. I gave my interpretation of the cards and she made the mistake (as far as I was concerned) of telling me I was wrong. For the very first time in my life, I had read the cards and interpreted them as I saw them, not as she saw them or any book saw them, but as I saw them. Of course she thought I had read them wrong because my interpretation of the cards differed from hers.

I cannot remember now, what the cards were or in what order they appeared, only that they included the star and the tower along with another card. I had just gone through a separation and had just met a new man. She contradicted my reading in front of everyone telling me I should not waste my time with this new man that it would be a disastrous relationship. I left the evening feeling more than a little upset, one because I felt she had humiliated me in front of the group and second because she told me not to waste my time on this current man. What she and I didn't realise at the time, was that this was the beginning of my own learning curve. My intuition told me that I was right and she was wrong, I didn't go back for the last week or my certificate.

What this person didn't know was that I had started another course with an intuitive reader. The first day on this course was my light switch. My mentor said to me - look at the card, not the name of it, but look at the picture - what does it tell you. She told me there was no right and wrong, she taught me to listen to my own intuition and my spirit guides and what they are telling me about the card. She told me that each time I look at that card it may have a different meaning, she asked me to look and see if any of the pictures were moving, she told me that the card may mean one thing for one client but something totally different for the next. How could I have thought I could learn this from a book. It was like someone had flicked a switch and turned me on. The pictures do in fact change, sometimes right in front of my eyes and yes I can see them moving. I know what you must be thinking - that it is not possible for a picture to move, and of course in reality it is impossible - or is it?

Although my first tutor had told me my reading was wrong, in my heart I felt it was right. I am so glad I didn't listen to her as that man who she told me not to waste much time on is now my very wonderful husband who has in the past and still does support me 100% in all that do. This event also taught me to be a responsible reader and be careful in what I say to people. If my clients interrupt me and give me their interpretation, I will always work with them and never tell them they are wrong - for at after all, it is their reading we are working on.
Although I could now read the cards as to their meanings I was not satisfied. I wanted to be able to read for others. Again I went to see other card readers to see how they did it, and still I was no wiser. Then on one evening in my therapy room, I sat down with my now favourite pack of cards and closed my eyes. I asked my guides to tell me how to do a reading for others. It came to me as if by magic. I got my husband up and sat him down and did my first reading. From then I just went from strength to strength. Once I found the technique that worked for me, I was able to read any cards. In fact one Christmas when I was away on a psychic practitioner training weekend, set me a challenge. Three of us were staying at a local pub overnight and she took a blank piece of white paper and screwed it up. She then unwrapped it and lay it flat on the table and asked me to give her a reading form the crushed up blank piece of paper. At first thought she had had too much wine and was having a laugh, but no she was deadly serious. I picked up the paper and tuned into my guides and proceeded to give her a reading which she later told me was spot on. This was all the proof I needed to know that I could now read anything you put in front of me, in fact if you put nothing in front of me I will still give you a reading as, I now know that the information comes from my guides and the cards or the blank piece of paper is just a tool.

All psychics work in different ways. Many will tune into your aura and tell you how many children you have, what colour your car is, what job you do etc. I see this as an invasion of privacy and do not do this. People who work in this way run into difficulty when the other person shuts down or blocks the connection. I work in a slightly different way, working with my guides and your guides allows me to give you the information that you require without tuning into your aura. Therefore it is possible to do a reading for anyone, anywhere in the world. Your guides will know that I am doing a reading for you or may have even guided you to my website and will be with me doing your reading.

I have now done readings for people in this country and abroad, my friends, neighbours and even celebrities. It gives me such a buzz when people come back to me and tell me that what I told them has come to pass. I am frequently asked how do I do it, how do I know the things I am saying, I have even been told that it's like I am looking right into the very soul of that person. The simple answer is I don't know exactly where it comes from or how it get's into my head. I just know that I am very lucky to have been given this chance to help others with their problems, or to give the comfort to someone who has perhaps recently lost a child and wants to know they are OK. Sometimes it just amazes me so much I am in awe of the whole event. I am so lucky to have such wonderful guides who work with me in both my readings and my therapies.

The answer is we are all born psychic and as a child I did not think I was a descendant of a psychic, but it transpired as I got older and began to develop that my grandmother was indeed psychic and was stopped by my grandfather. This was not talked about within the family when I was a child so knew nothing about it until I was in my early twenties.

As a child my mother was frightened by psychic stuff and thought, like many people that the Tarot cards were evil. This led to a lot of confusion for me as a young girl growing up, as a close neighbour who was also my friends mum was indeed psychic.

I don't recall my first meeting with this family as I was only three years old when we moved into the house I was to call home for almost thirty five years in total. The neighbours name was June and her daughter who was to become one of my closest friends was called Lynda. Lynda was eighteen months younger than myself and as the years began to pass, we grew closer and closer as friends. Sure we had our quarrels, like most children growing up, but I can honestly say that she was, and still is, the sister I never had. Lynda also had two brothers, one about nine months older than myself and another younger than Lynda. Now as I think back to what we got up to as children, I shudder, as some of it was quite dangerous.

The family became quite well known in our small area of the Rhyddings in Neath, asJune did not keep her psychic abilities quiet, being quite open about what she saw and felt. There was one occasion that I remember, when she informed one of the neighbours that she had seen 'the Feet of Jesus' walking on the other side of the road opposite our house, this led to many people thinking she was a bit strange, and not really to be taken seriously. I think this is one of my earliest recollections of what some people thought of her in general. However for me - she became like a second mum and probably my earliest psychic mentor. For many others, they grew to know and love her for the wonderful person she was.

As a person she was very open, welcoming, loving, friendly and available. I know that may sound a strange way of describing someone - available - but during my early teenage years, my own mum worked, and did not arrive home until after well after 6pm most evenings. By which time she was mostly tired and after an evening meal, which was more often than not cooked by my father, she would fall asleep in front of the telly. June on the other hand, did not work. so, on coming home from school, I would find myself rushing into my own house, dumping my school gear and hurtling around to my friends house, often before she had even arrived home herself. Later in life I realised that this was because I didn't like being alone in the house. Lynda on the other hand enjoyed spending time in my house as she found it quieter and calmer than her own house and we would frequently spend time talking, playing records, shrinking empty crisp packets over an open fire and mulling over current events and issues. It is often strange how we perceive other’s home lives. I sort of envied her, as I found her mother to be quite fascinating and loved to be in her company. Lynda on the other hand, always felt that my home was a happy home, where as her environment was quite sad at times. This was due in the main to June being ill with an undiagnosed cancer, but that is another story for another time.

I have to admit to having a very happy childhood as far as my parents were concerned. They were both very loving and giving parents and always, without a shadow of a doubt made me feel loved. But there was always this confusion for me, between being drawn so strongly towards the psychic awareness of June and the fear that came from within my own mother.

Am I Psychic?

I feel sure that many people, when they first experience any kind of psychic phenomenon ask themselves if they are actually psychic - or do they have an over active imagination. I was no different and continually questioned myself and my experiences.

It is my intention to share some of these experiences with you. Some will find my ramblings fascinating, others will think that I write a load of drivel and who is to say which of you is right and which of you is wrong. Those who find my ramblings fascinating will continue to check back frequently to see what has been happening in my life, those who find my writings a little far fetched will touch on this blog and breeze right on bye.

I invite all those who may have had similar or completely different experiences to join in with your own comments. I will not judge nor dismiss your experiences no more than I expect you to judge or dismiss mine. Who can prove or disprove that what either you or I experience is real or not.

I believe that I am truly blessed and that what I experience is a true gift. A gift that we all have, some of us choose to recognise this gift, whilst others choose not too.
